Made in Australia Quality with Vietnamese Language Localisation

NOJA Power's OSM Recloser and Recloser Controller in Australia

NOJA Power Switchgear have been supplying Australian made reclosers to Vietnam for many years, working together to improve power reliability.

Key to this initiative is NOJA Power’s commitment to local training and support, and NOJA Power has confirmed the release of a Vietnamese language version of the OSM Recloser.

While the product is still made in Australia, the Vietnamese language panel is one of the ways that NOJA Power is working to improve network reliability in Vietnam. Simplifying the end-user interaction with the panel provides a reduction in operator error, and speeds up the restoration of power in case of faults.

“NOJA Power has invested in the localization of our product for the Vietnamese market by creating a full Vietnamese language variant including the local operator panel LCD display and CMS configuration software,” says NOJA Power Group Managing Director Neil O’Sullivan.
“This will empower our Vietnamese customers to get more from our products.”

NOJA Power also has Vietnamese language skills in the service team, ensuring that field operators can quickly resolve field issues and remove language as a barrier to reliability improvements.

Vietnamese Language Support is delivered in the CMS Software version 3.16, which is available from https://www.nojapower.com.au/product/rc-10-15/resources
