NOJA Power Achieves ISO 27001 Certification for Information Security Management

NOJA Power today announces that it has successfully achieved ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification for its Information Security Management System.

Audited by SGS, NOJA Power has been certified for the management of information security across all areas of the organisation, including Information Technology (IT), Research and Development (R&D), physical security, and the protection of personal and sensitive information.

The independent certification audit confirmed that NOJA Power has established effective systems and controls to identify, manage, and reduce information security risks. No non conformances were raised during the audit, demonstrating the strength and maturity of the company’s information security management practices.

As customers increasingly request assurance that their information is handled securely, ISO/IEC 27001 certification confirms NOJA Power’s ability to consistently and systematically protect customer and business information in line with internationally recognised standards.

ISO/IEC 27001 certification also underpins the security framework applied to NOJA Power products, including secure development practices, controlled access to systems, and protection of product-related information assets. These controls ensure that cybersecurity considerations are integrated into product development and ongoing support, aligning NOJA Power’s smart grid technologies with internationally recognised information security standards. It also builds on the company’s long standing commitment to secure power system design through compliance with IEEE 1686 and IEC 62443 standards. Together, these frameworks provide utilities with greater assurance that NOJA Power’s solutions are engineered to meet the evolving cybersecurity expectations of modern distribution networks.
