NOJA Power Switchgear Pty Ltd has published its 2025 Sustainability Report, highlighting significant achievements in environmental stewardship, social responsibility, and governance excellence.

From its inception, NOJA Power has been committed to sustainability, pioneering technologies that eliminate harmful greenhouse gases from electrical switchgear. The company's decision to avoid Sulphur Hexafluoride (SF₆) has positioned NOJA Power as a global leader in sustainable energy solutions.

Key Highlights from the 2025 Report:

Environmental Performance: Achieved measurable reductions in carbon emissions and resource consumption, supported by ISO 14001 Environmental Management and ISO 14067 cradle-to-grave carbon footprint certification.

Energy and Resource Efficiency: Implemented ISO 50001 Energy Management System and introduced innovative packaging solutions using 42% recycled materials.

Social Impact: Maintained strong diversity and inclusion practices, reducing the gender pay gap to 5.5%, well below the industry average. Continued investment in employee health, wellbeing, and professional development.

Governance Excellence: Strengthened risk management through the Enterprise Risk Management Committee and advanced ESG reporting aligned with GRI General Disclosure 2021 standards.
