First Three-Phase NOJA Power EcoLink® Installation Completed in Mexico’s CFE Network

NOJA Power is proud to announce the successful installation of its first three-phase EcoLink® system in Mexico, marking a significant milestone in the deployment of advanced medium voltage switchgear across Latin America. The installation took place in the Comisión Federal de Electricidad (CFE) network in Veracruz and was attended by NOJA Power's Business Development Manager for Latin America, Jefferson Calderon, and NOJA Power's Mexican Distributor EPRECSA.
This landmark deployment highlights the growing international momentum behind the EcoLink® product line, which has been embraced by utilities worldwide for its reliability, compact design, and innovative protection capabilities. Designed as a fuse replacement alternative, the EcoLink® offers reclosing functionality, advanced protection curves, and seamless integration into existing distribution networks.
“The EcoLink® is redefining how utilities approach protection and automation in low fault current environments,” said Neil O'Sullivan, Group Managing Director of NOJA Power. “Its ability to operate as a low current recloser, sectionaliser, and fuse replacement makes it a compelling solution for modernizing infrastructure without compromising reliability”.
The Veracruz installation represents the first three-phase deployment of EcoLink® in Mexico, showcasing its versatility beyond single-phase applications. The device's patented interlock lever and supercapacitor-powered operation ensure safe, reliable performance even in remote and low-current environments.

EcoLink® is part of NOJA Power's commitment to delivering sustainable, high-performance switchgear solutions globally. With installations now in over 16 countries, EcoLink® continues to gain traction as a key enabler of utility reliability programs.
