New User Manual for NOJA Power OSM Recloser with RC-20

International switchgear engineering firm NOJA Power today confirm the release of an updated user manual for the OSM Recloser with RC-20 Control.

This version update adds technical documentation for the BUS-01 Bushing Extension accessories. This accessory adds additional creepage to the NOJA Power OSM Recloser, improving the rated maximum voltage to 40.5 kV.

“The OSM38 16kA product was type tested at KEMA Netherland with a 40.5kV test voltage,” says NOJA Power Group Managing Director Neil O'Sullivan.

“The BUS-01 Bushing extension now extends the creepage distance and improves the Dielectric rating for 40.5kV system voltage applications.”

The increased creepage and insulation rating broadens the application range of the OSM Recloser to include higher voltages operation ranges. Equally, the added creepage provides additional support for high-altitude applications, where altitude necessitates de-rating of insulation capability.

The BUS-01 accessorised NOJA Power OSM Recloser is available to order today for applications up to 40.5 kV.
