NOJA Power releases CMS Version 3.18

Australian switchgear manufacturer NOJA Power has released Version 3.18 of its CMS Software package.

The CMS Software package is a PC-based configuration and management tool for NOJA Power OSM Reclosers equipped with RC Series Controllers. CMS Version 3.18 introduces enhanced support for RC-20-4G products, including the ability to export Device Configuration Manager (DCM) compatible files and the inclusion of the latest RC-20-4G configuration package within the CMS installation package.

The latest release also improves interoperability between CMS and NOJA Power's DCM platform, providing a more streamlined workflow for configuration management and data migration across supported devices.

In addition to new functionality, CMS 3.18 delivers several software reliability improvements. Enhancements to XML validation, configuration file handling and remote communication performance help improve engineering efficiency while reducing configuration and compatibility issues.

The release includes a range of software fixes that improve application stability, including updates to database connectivity, DCM-compatible export processes and remote access performance over 4G communication channels.

Special Note: Licensing

As of CMS Version 3.15, CMS requires a valid software licence for operation. Licences generated for earlier versions are no longer valid and users may need to request an updated licence from NOJA Power.
