We are seeking a Web Application Developer with considerable experience across the whole LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL and PHP) stack and Laravel 11.x Framework. One of the critical requirements is the experience with using and employing security and encryption algorithms in the development like OpenSSL, Argon2. The successful applicant will enjoy being part of an organization taking Australian technology to the world.

Reporting to the Software Manager, your key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

· Develop cloud-based web applications from specification through to market launch.

· Implement PHP v7.x and v8.x solutions using the Laravel (9.x-11.x) Framework.

· Participate in Jira, Jenkins, Agile, and Scrum processes.

· Manage version control systems (Git) including cherry-picking, branching, merging, rebasing, and tagging.

· Ensure application security and authentication.

· Liaise with customers and code contributors in a technical capacity.

· Maintain good documentation, communication, analytical, and resolution skills.

· 2 to 5 years of experience in web development in the LAMP stack.

· Experience in using PHP, MySQL with Laravel Framework.

· Understanding of public/private key infrastructure (PKI)

· Use of secure hashing algorithms (e.g., bcrypt, Argon2) for password storage.

· Knowledge of TLS configuration and certificate pinning.

· Knowledge of OAuth2, OpenID Connect, or SAML for federated identity.

· Familiarity with OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities (e.g., SQL Injection, XSS, CSRF, etc.).

· Experience with cloud/local Key Management Systems.

· Experience using input validation, output encoding, and secure session management.

· Understanding and knowledge of unit tests and functional tests (PHPunit / Test Driven Development TDD

· Understand and experienced in the Cloud based Development and Application deployment.

· Experience with digital certificates (X.509), certificate signing, and revocation.

· Experience securing RESTful APIs with tokens (JWT, OAuth2).

· Ability to understand customer business challenges and provide innovative solutions.

· Strong focus, maturity, and intensity to manage priorities and projects effectively.

· Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

· A team player with keen learning and can-do attitude, motivated and energetic self-starter with willingness to contribute to wider organization.

· A degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

· Full SDLC experience in required stack.

· Experience of working environment with Secure Software Development Lifecycle

, your key responsibilities include but not limited to:

· Assist in the preparation of the monthly management board pack.

· Assist with month-end close including reconciliations and workpapers.

· Assist with yearly audit conducted by our external Big 4 auditor.

· Preparation of monthly and quarterly BAS and annual FBT.

· Assisting in the preparation of the company tax return and R&D tax concession calculation.

· Assisting with the accounts payable and accounts receivable process for domestic and international suppliers and customers.

· Lead contact for suppliers and customers queries and issues.

· Preparation of cash flows, budgets, and debtor reports.

· Credit card and expense report reconciliations.

· Other supporting accounting tasks as and when require.

To be successful for this position, you should possess:

· 2+ years’ post graduate experience in either public practice or an industry role at a similarly sized business.

· SAP B1 or similar EPR experience will be highly regarded.

· Microsoft Office program including Word and Excel.

· Desire to obtain CAANZ or CPA qualification if not currently qualified.

NOJA Power Switchgear manufactures and supplies globally a range of intelligent medium voltage switchgear. We have current research and development projects that will yield leading edge new products.

We are seeking a Mechanical draftsperson with one to two years industry experience who is very enthusiastic to learn and progress in the field of Mechanical Engineering. The successful applicant will enjoy being part of an organization taking Australian technology to the world.

The role will report to R&D Switchgear Manager

Key responsibilities of this role include


* Creating manufacturing drawings and specifications of designs developed by other engineers in the team

* Creating 3D cad models of large assemblies based on sketches and layouts of design concepts developed by R&D Engineers

* Administration of the CAD data management system including creation and maintenance of libraries and templates.

* Preparing and maintaining product BOM and BOM cost estimates

* Communicating with suppliers and organizing prototype manufacture.
* Coordinating all the procurement activities related to product development

* Inward inspection and verification of parts manufactured and delivered by suppliers.

* Assisting the Engineers in Electrical, Mechanical, and Environmental testing of new products and prototypes.
* Hands on work in building prototype units for various in-house tests.

The candidate should possess the following skills to be considered

· Proficiency in Mechanical drafting with good understanding of 

· Proficiency in 3D cad modeling (preferably CREO & Solid Edge)

· Understanding of top-down design methodology would be a

· Good understanding of manufacturing processes and process capabilities including various types of machining, sheet metal fabrication, welding metal casting and plastic mouldings.

· Experience in PLM/PDM systems would be an advantage.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Communicating with Australian and overseas suppliers is a major part of this role.

· Hands on experience in measuring instruments and mechanical tools including manual machines would be an advantage
