We are seeking applications for the position of Graduate Contracts Administrator for our Manufacturing facility in Murarrie, Brisbane.

Reporting to the Contracts Manager and being part of the Contract Administration team, your key    responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Process the domestic and international Sales Orders using our SAP system
  • Prepare Letter of Credits payment claims;
  • Work closely with company’s freight agents to organise domestic and export shipments
  • Update international customers regularly on order delivery status;
  • Prepare shipping documents including Bill of lading, Packing lists and Commercial invoices;
  • Work closely with the sales team, production team and warehouse team to manage the delivery and logistics of the orders;
  • Complete any other contracts administration tasks as and when require;
  • Deliver cost savings to the business through improved contracts processes.

 

To be successful in the role, you should possess:

  • Last year or recent graduate of International business or Logistics or Commercial degree
  • Contracts management and International logistics experience will be highly regarded
  • Demonstrated ability in Microsoft programs including word, excel and ERP systems
  • Team engagement with excellent communication skills

NOJA Power researches, develops, designs, manufactures and supplies globally low and medium voltage switchgear products. We are currently seeking applications for the position of Service Technician with a focus on assisting the team to support the worldwide market.

This position would ideally suit Electrical trades people or technicians with industry experience, would also be considered. An understanding of 3 phase power distribution networks and the protection techniques commonly used in the industry would also be advantageous.

An ability to communicate clearly in English will be required.

Applicants with experience or skills in the following areas will be highly regarded:

  • Medium voltage distribution network protection techniques.
  • Detailed understanding of communications protocols such as IEC 61850, DNP3 and IEC 60870-5-101/104.
  • Secure IP based communications networks.

Primary Role:

  • Provide support to customers for electrical switchgear products and software.

The successful applicant will also be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Provide product training to customers.
  • Record field calls in the call tracking system
  • Conduct acceptance testing with customers

Qualifications:

A current Electrical licence will be highly regarded.

A qualification in a related technical area and experience with protection relays, SCADA communications protocols and RTU’s will be highly regarded.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Creating subsystem design specifications 
  • Creating subsystem conceptual designs 
  • Creating 3D CAD models for parts and assemblies 

  • Performing electrical and mechanical stress analyses utilizing FEA 
  • Creating detailed manufacturing drawings for parts and assemblies 
  • Creating Product Bill of Materials and working with suppliers 
