We are seeking applications for the position of 

for our Head office in Murarrie, Brisbane. You’ll be part of a supportive team, backed by your Leader to grow and achieve your own personal goals in the team. This role is a full time position Monday to Friday.

This position would ideally suit an engineer with an electrical/electronic engineering degree. Electrical trades people or technicians with industry experience would also be considered. An understanding of 3 phase power distribution networks and the protection techniques commonly used in the industry would also be advantageous.

An ability to communicate clearly in English will be required.

Applicants with experience or skills in the following areas will be highly regarded:

· Medium voltage distribution network protection techniques.

· Detailed understanding of communications protocols such as IEC 61850, DNP3 and IEC 60870-5-101/104.

· Secure IP based communications networks.

· Provide support to customers for electrical switchgear products and software.

The successful applicant will also be responsible for the following tasks:

· Provide product training to customers.

· Record field calls in the call tracking system

· Conduct acceptance testing with customers

A qualification in a related technical area and experience with protection relays, SCADA communications protocols and RTU’s will be highly regarded.

A second language – particularly Spanish – would be highly regarded.

The successful candidate to join the NOJA Power warehouse team will require the following skills:

Experience in the Manufacturing industry desirable

Experience with Bar Code Scanning and Inventory system desirable.

We are seeking applications for the position of Maintenance Technician/Electrician to develop and maintain electrical systems and automated test systems for testing Switchgear and PCB assemblies. The successful applicant will enjoy being part of an organization taking Australian technology to the world, and will need to perform the following tasks:

Take ownership of development, assembly, and validation of automated electronic test equipment

Maintain and repair test equipment, test fixtures and assemblies

· Provide engineering support to production to achieve target output 

· Troubleshooting, diagnosis and resolving of faults in electronic test equipment 

Perform preventive maintenance of electrical & automated test systems & generate relevant reports

· Conduct investigations in a documented and controlled manner, and create report

· Implement, comply with, and enforce NOJA Power quality, environmental and workplace health and safety procedures.

Reporting to the Electronics Engineering Manager, to succeed in this role the successful candidate will possess the following attributes:

· 2+ years’ experience in an Electrical/Maintenance Technician role

· Working knowledge of electrical and electronics test equipment

· Experience working with Low-Voltage AC Mains circuitry and electrical systems

· Demonstrated ability to read and interpret electrical/electronic schematic diagrams

· Extensive hands-on experience in soldering, wiring, and general fit-out of measurement and control equipment

· Systematic approach to challenges, and ability to create and maintain technical documents

· Take ownership of the tasks and work with minimal supervision

· Excellent personal communication skills
