Our goal is to satisfy our customers' requirements by providing integrated solutions using a range of innovative products that are considered the best in the world. To this end, all NOJA Power products are developed from a basis of fundamental research by our staff.
Our vertically integrated manufacturing structure ensures the QMS and EMS provides a common framework for all our product components. Analysis of performance over the life of our product from component level through years of reliable field performance ensures continual improvement of our design and manufacturing processes.
NOJA Power's Quality Manual defines mechanisms for improving the effectiveness of our systems and processes through analysis of customer feedback regarding our products and services.
A range of indicators have been developed to provide clear direction on areas for improvement and collation of accurate data is an important part of day to day business.
